After quick principles YHC realized that Timberstone is in fact just as bad, if not worse, then Pacesetter with the wind…
Warm-up:
Jog around timberstone
SSH IC x25, IW IC x15, Squats slow x20, Burpees IC x10
The Thang:
Lined up pax facing each other in the parking lot split in half. measured out ~10 yards (3 parking spots-ish) and had the pax do the following:
10 squats, bearcrawl 10 yds, 10 merkins and then crawl bear back.
9 squats, bearcrawl 10 yds, 9 merkins and then carwl bear back.
8, 7, 6, etc down to 1
Mosey to track and had groups count off for 4 groups which would be roughly 6.5 people. dissension in the group as YHC did a less than stellar job explaining the plan. Audibled on YHC plan and had the pax do the following in groups of 4.
Pax spread out 100 meter increments for 4 spots to stop and do work.
* curve 1 – 7 burpees in cadence with different pax leading cadence
* Straightaway 1 – 15 merkin plank jacks in cadence – diff pax leading each cadence
* curve 2 – 7 burpees IC led by someone different
* straightaway 2 – 15 merkins IC led by somone different.
Pax made it around the track twice for 1/2 mile of running and 8 stops allowing every member of each group to lead cadence at least once!
Mosey back to the parking lot and away from the wind.
6 MOM with 20 American Hammers IC, 20 Flutter Kicks IC, Plank for 1 minute followed by 5 merkins at end of 1 minute then hold 10 seconds, 4 merkins, hold 10 seconds, 3….etc.
COR, NOR, COT, honor to Q and great turnout and work put in by the 26 men that posted on day before Tgiving!!!
