Cookie Killer
Six packs are made in the kitchen, but if you’ve fallen short in that area like I have- the next best option is to do a bunch of cardio.
THE THANG:
Mission
5 Principles
Disclaimer
We started with a perimeter check around the practice field then rallied at the east entrance of the parking lot to partner up.
At each arrow along the drive, pax completed 5 bropees (13 arrows in total).
After that, pax moseyed to the light posts near the Northeast corner behind the school. We lined up with our partners and completed four sets of 3 exercises… shown below. One partner completed the exercise while the other one ran/crawled to the other light post and ran back… but not before completing two burpees at the light pole. The running partner then tried to complete more reps of that exercise than his partner while his partner completed his light post run. Low scorer runs first in the next round.
Round 1
