After a little waiting around for the site Q YHC kicked things off with 4 stations of work that kept increasing by 2 reps.
1st lap 2 Ascending gentleman, mosey, 2 Squats, lunges, 2 big boy situps, mosey, 2 Jack Webbs, mosey and bear crawl the hill.
You vs You and go at whatever pace you can and keep increasing reps by 2 each lap.
After the first lap around Site Q showed up and we got the music playing and rolled for the remainder of the time.
