Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

10 PAX showed up on this glorious humid day.
Started with 5 core principals. No FNGs. No warm-up, got right to work. Mosey over to the track. Did Tabata style workout.
Every minute on the minute the PAX would do:
5 Big Boys
10 Push ups
15 Squats.
Rest when done till the next minute came. After 10 rounds of that, we did a lap around the track. Ended up doing 3 and a half rounds, 3 laps around the track. In total:
175 Big Boys
350 Pushups
525 Squats
Ended in COT and NOR: Sipe was the 6, discussed all three Fs and what each of them mean to him. Fellowship is a big one and having male companionship. Also mentioned how the 3rd F has inspired and pushed him to do more volunteer work.
