Jog around both trees to bottom of Hill, end at first cone, explain workout.
6 cones on the bottom of the hill spaced out around 10 yds, same as top of hill.
Start at bottom of Hill with 5 triple merkin burpees
Run to top of hill, complete 20 Merkins, 15 Big Boys
Run to bottom of hill (next cone), 5 triple merkin burpees
Run to top of hill, complete 20 Monkey Humpers, 15 Flutter Kicks
Run to bottom of hill 5 triple merkin burpees
Run to top of hill, complete 20 Diamond Merkins, 15 LBCS
Run to bottom of hill, 5 triple merkin burpees
Run to top of hill, complete 20 Horsey Ups, 15 Freddie Mercury’s
Run to bottom of hill 5 triple merkin burpees

We did one set and picked up the six, recovered with Al Gores and 1 minutes plank
Repeated Hill workout, picked up six at 6:42, headed up to the parking lot
