    Followed by a gingerly stroll explaining High Intensity Interval Training. (Heart rate up, move body from aerobic energy usage to anaerobic. Bring heart rate down. Repeat.)

    Today’s HIIT was 8×100 yard sprints, each followed by a slow recovery walk to bring heart rate down.

    Next up, the PAX put on bracelets of varying colors because that’s what men do.

    5 on 5 Glow Ultimate Frisbee

    Ended with team relay sprints to pick up cones while teammates not running held a plank.
