Q – Gap
PAX – Bambi, Trinity, Mulcahy, Boo Boo, Goose, Juice, Flush, GasMan, Simmons, Pinewood, Trojan, Ear Muffs
Opening – Brief rundown of F3 purpose, principles and agenda.
The Thang – Run from Five Lakes Church to Burger King and back, adjusting if/as needed.
COT – Prayers of thanks to the troops and first responders that give us the freedom and security to gather and exercise without fear and with security. Prayers for those PAX healing from injury and those looking for motivation to get back out. Prayers for Pinewood’s loved one awaiting cancer tests, prayers for Mulcahy’s parishioner as she nears the end of her earthly life and that she and her family have support and comfort as our Savior welcomes her, and prayers for Trojan’s brother as he deals with blood clots.
