Accountability run: started with the 5 core principles, counted off the circle to make sure we had everyone when we got back.
20 men went on a 3-4 mile run at their own pace.
Ended in COT. sideshow was the 6 speaking of his this group keeps him motivated to stay active and push himself to get out of bed. Thankful.
