    Q – Gap

    PAX – Scrooge, Mailman, Dauber, Modell, Cogsworth, Gadget, Ollie, Colonel

    Opening – Brief rundown of F3 purpose, principles and agenda. Warmup with Michael Phelps and Side Straddle Hops and ran a lap around the track.

    The Thang –

    Broke into two groups of two. Group one was at the south corner of school and group two at the north corner. Group one started with 20 air presses while group two started with 20 American hammers. Each group then ran to the opposite side completing the workout and returned back. Continued counting down and repeating at opposite ends until zero.

    Group then wall sat while member of the pax ran to opposite end of school carrying cinder block, completed 10 merkins and returned. Continued until all members completed run and merkins.

    Returned to 2 original groups at opposing ends of school. Starting with 10 and counting down, group 1 did merkins while group 2 did mountain climbers (2=1).

    COT – Prayers of comfort and healing for those suffering from cancer and illness. Support and peace for those dealing with loss. Prayers for the men and women of the military and first responders that give us the freedoms we so greatly appreciate.
