10/15/18 – Arbor Hills, Buddy Bench – Motivated Monday

Opening – Brief rundown of F3 purpose, principles and agenda. Warmup with Michael Phelps and Side Straddle Hops and ran a lap around the track.
The Thang –
Via the input from those who attended, motivation was needed as an abundance of bear crawling took place. Further questioning of the events has left those in attendance with a “shell-shocked” look upon their face. Attempts to reach Usain for further insight have gone unanswered and there is fear he has went into hiding as he develops his next Q. Hopefully, he returns soon to settle these debates
