    The Pax- Cousteau-Brute-Fosters-Poodle-Jimmy Dean-Ticket-Dauber-Klinger-Sideshow-Dollywood-Usain-Modell-Gap
    Warm ups: 20 Side startle hops
    15 wind mills
    a lap around the track
    lunge 1/2 way across the field
    bear crawl 1/2 the field
    mosey to the goal post
    Created 2 teams , each team member would pull a hundred pound sled around the inside of the track until exhausted. As teammates waited for there turn to pull the sled they would alternate between merkins and sit ups. After every teammate completed a pull we lined up on the end line for 20 yard sprints pulling the 100lb sled the length of the field and back. Then each member of the pax did a 100 yard sprint with the 100 lb sled. end with the circle of trust.
