    A. Routine#1 – BLIMPS:
    Six exercises: Burpees x 5 , LBCs x 10, Imperial Walkers x 15, Merkins x 20, Plank Jacks x 25, Squats x 30.

    Procedure: Each exercise performed at four stations located at points around the school building, sprint between station (e.g. Burpees x 5 at each of four stations – that’s round 1). Repeat for remaining exercises.

    B. Routine#2
    Mosey to NE corner of track for three exercise with beat crawl up/crawl bear down hill in between.
    a. Dips at bleachers x 25, Bear crawl/crawl Bear
    b. Diamond Merkins x 20, Bear crawl. Crawl Bear
    c. Crunchy Frog x 15, Bear crawl. Crawl Bear

    C. Victory Lap around Track
    D. COT
    a. Prayer Intentions for Colt and DelVerne Family
    b. The Six Brita. Spoke of pushing one self and when you’re not feeling best. Take off one week and before you know it, a month has gone by. Important to stay focused and motivated.
    c. Prayers for us to stay strong and motivated to be the best person God intended us to be.
