    Q – Gap

    PAX – Mailman, Brute, Jimmy Dean, Modell, Cogsworth, Gadget

    Opening – Brief rundown of F3 purpose, principles and agenda. Warmup with Windmill and Side Straddle Hops and ran ¾ lap around the track to bleachers.

    The Thang –

    The PAX was faced with completing B.L.I.M.P.S. with the freedom of choice to make them happy. Starting at the bleachers, the PAX had to make it to the opposite straightaway to complete the first component – Burpees via running the track or across the field. Should a member decide to go via track had to complete 20, those who ran across field had to complete 30. PAX continued to complete the components of the B.L.I.M.P.S. with the same decision getting to the opposing side.

    PAX was then faced with a decision to repeat B.L.I.M.P.S. or choose the other workout the Q had as an option. While deciding, 20 dips were completed on the bleachers. The PAX selected new workout – B.O.M.B.S. with the same option of how to get to opposing side to complete component. One additional twist is that PAX had to choose crossing field with additional reps 3 times.

    Circled up and had each member present choose one workout to be completed 10 reps each.

    COT – Prayers of comfort and healing for those suffering from cancer and illness. Support and peace for those dealing with loss. Prayers for the men and women of the military and first responders that give us the freedoms we so greatly appreciate.
