    Q: Cogsworth

    On a cold crispy morning, 8 members of the PAX, including an FNG showed up to Buddy Bench. Unfortunately your Q was a bit late. 5 core principles of F3 were presented. These were described in detailed to our FNG. We began by doing a set of stretching exercises. We then utilized our surroundings by running 400 meters each time with various exercises in between. These exercises included air squats, merkins, LBC’s, triceps dips, American hammers (hummers???). We ran a total of 1 1/2 miles along with our exercises. For the last ten minutes we did a group stretching activity with partners.
    The members of the PAX for this workout included:Klinger, Sipe, Dauber, Foster, Modell, Brute, FNG, and Cogsworth. After counterama and nameroma. We introduced our six, Brute. Our FNG was introduced, Zach Stech, which was given the name Bobber.
    Prayer intentions and announcements was the last part of our gathering.
