Beatdown style workout with your F3 Brothers. No better way to start off a Monday.

    Ten total PAX, no FNGs.

    Covered Five Core Principals and split into teams of four.
    Four total stations covering the entire campus of Arbor Hills. Each team was tasked with running around entire building and track four times. This equated to almost 2 miles.

    Station 1: Round 1 12 * 2 Merkens/ Round 2: 12*2+4 Diamond Merkens / Round 3 12*1 Wide
    Merkens / Round 4 12*2-3 Merkens

    Station 2: Round 1 12*3-3 LBC / Round 2 12*2 Klinger Kicks (2 is 1) / Round 3 12*3 Pedal Pushers / Round 4 12*2+6 Big Boy Sit Ups

    Station 3: Round 1 12*2 Squats / Round 2 12*4 Calf Raises / Round 3 12*1 Squats / Round 4 12*3+3 MT. Climbers (2 is 1)

    Station 4: Round 1 12*1 Burpees / Round 2 12*1-4 Burpees / Round 3 12*2-16 Burpees / Round 4 12*1 Burpees

    Scrooge was the six:
    Gadget, Trapeze, Gap, Scrooge, Trinity, Mailman, Klinger, Sipe, Poodle and Brute

    COT: announcements: Christmas Party coming up, coat drive and toy drive in December. Prayers for Poodle and upcoming job change, those struggling with cancer and disease and a reminder of all the things we have to be thankful for, especially the ability to wake up and workout.
