Beatdown style workout with your F3 Brothers. No better way to start off a Monday.

    Today is Sipe’s 48th birthday party.
    Because Sipe is turning 48, we are doing 48 of everything.

    First were 48 side straddle hops in cadence.

    Next we’re 48 burpees broken into sets of 10 and last one 8 as we ran around the school.

    Then we made our way to the bleachers.

    We did sets of 10, 10, ,10, 10, 8 all down on 3 up on 1 of the following:
    Declined merkins
    Diamond merkins
    Bulgarian Squats – each leg

    Next we did abs. 48 reps of:
    Big boy sit ups
    Windshield wipers
    Pickle pounders
    Flutter kicks
    Prayer crunches

    Finally we ran back to the flag and did 48 hand release merkins.

    We prayed for pax’s present and not present.

    The pax’s were: Gap, Tupac, Gadget, Trinity, Modell, Jimmy Dean, Ollie, and Sipe.

    It was an honor to share my birthday with these men.
