7’s in Parking Lot: Started with 6 Merkins and 1 Squat
Mosey to track:
100 yard backwards sprint
Lunge the curve: stop at first cone: 15 Sit ups, bear crawl to second cone: Jack Webbs: 5 and 40, bear crawl to third cone 15 burpees, bear crawl to fourth cone 15 squats, bear crawl to fifth cone 15 merkins
Jog the curve to the start of the original cone: Repeato on backwards sprint, lunge the curve and repeat each cone exercise with 10 reps and 4 and 32 on Jack Webbs
Repeato for third lap, this time only 5 reps and 3 and 24 on the Jack Webbs
