Beatdown style workout with your F3 Brothers. No better way to start off a Monday.
Thanks to the 5 PAX members who joined me this morning for a “normal” F3 workout at Buddy Bench.
Here is what we did
Warm-Up – Side Straddle Hops, Windmills, some good leg stretching
Work-Out
Part 1
Lap around the track, stop at the stands
25 dips, 25 bulgarian split squats – 2 is 1, 25 incline merkins, 25 LBC’s
Part 2
Jog over to Hillview
10 pull-ups, 10 burpees, 10 klinger kicks
Part 3
Run back over to Buddy Bench, to the parking lot on the far side
Ladder to 15 with Peter Parkers and Air Swimming – 4 is 1
Group Think – each PAX member picked an exercise, we had to do 5 of each. Exercises chosen were oblique crunches, manmakers, squats, big boy sit-ups, elevator merkins, and American Hammers.
PAX who were there – Brute, Cogsworth, Houdini, Cousteau, Sideshow and Beaker. Q’d by Beaker.
