Lots and lots of cardio and fat burn. Relays, Sprints, Laps around the AO…and usually some Ultimate Frisbee!

Park off Fort Meigs Road. NOT ECKLE JUNCTION

    The Thang: All members agreed upon arrival that the muscles were sore and we could all use a nice easy ruck. Just to add a little flavor the PAX decided to throw in 10 squats with RUCk and 10 Ruck merkins every 5 minute mark. Pax took off in on the Levis Commons route, made it about 1.25 miles in and realized that we weren’t going to make it around the loop with the stops for merkins and squats. We made an about face and headed back the way we came.

    Total distance 2.5 miles. 200 squats, 200 merkins with ruck
    The PAX got some solid time under Ruck and a little extra work in between.
