    Warm – Up
    SSH, Windmills, Chain Breakers & Gummy Worms

    Do X# reps with a block reps with your block, then down to the 1st cone and do 5 reps of the 1st exercise, back to the starting line to do X# reps with the block, then to the 2nd cone for 10 reps of the second exercise, this is the flow… After you get to the top, work your way back down. Finish with 5 reps of the 1st exercise and X# reps with the block.

    1st cone – 5 reps of 1st exercise
    2nd cone – 10 reps of 2nd exercise
    3rd cone – 15 reps of 1st exercise
    4th cone – 20 reps of 2nd exercise
    5th cone – 25 reps of 1st exercise

    Round 1 – 2 Manmakers, then SSH and American Hammers – 2 is 1
    Play Game of Tireball – race to the end of the parking lot and back. Everytime the tire stops, drop and do 5 burpees.

    Round 2 – 4 Squirls, then Merkins and LBC’s
    Play Game of Tireball – knock over the cone – however many turns it takes you = # of burpees. Mercy at 15.

    Round 3 – 10 Overhead Presses, then Crunchy Frogs and Squat Jumps

    PAX in attendance – Spokes, Patch, Irish Springs, Biff, Ricky Bobby, Juice, and Beaker. Q’d by Beaker.
