After going over the mission of F3 and the 5 core principles, the PAX got to work. This beatdown was the Mata Mile Workout from GORUCK’s August 2019 monthly challenge.
COT, COR and NOR. Our KT6 was Mayor who shared how he thought working out every day was crazy, but now he is one of us.
In the COT, prayers were lifted up for those recovering from injuries.
