   Welcome, warm up; SSH; stretching, mosey to amphitheater.
   Beatdown
   Set of ladder exercises, burpee broad jump across halfway after each
   -push ups; warrior step through; step up; 5, 7, 9, 11 reps at each level
   -dips; Nolan ryan’s (both sides); jumps;
   -Mike Tyson; standing side crunch (each side); step ups;
   -Inclines; walkers (2-1); jumps
   -Carolina; Travolta (both sides); step ups
   -Decline; 20 second plank; jumps

   Pax powered through a hot and humid morning with intensity. They were assisted by some PE and Styx to help. The malaria reading was lower than normal for bushwood but still had mosquitos working out as well.

   Great 6 by Dauber about what it means to be wealthy and how it’s measured. Also good comment at SIP regarding the comradery of the group. Got named honorary OOP, might be the greatest feat I’ve accomplished to date!
