2 guys would carry a 4x4x8 on their shoulders up the steps, do 10 presses, then back down the steps and hand off to 2 other guys. While the 2 guys were carrying the 4×4 the others would do an exercise. When we switched we would also switch the exercise that the guys not carrying would do
Finished up with dips at every level of the stadium starting with one dip and increasing by one every step up.
Ended with Bolton as the 6th
