    The idea for today is to deliver a full body beatdown EMOM style. Three moves per minute every minute for eight minutes followed by a one minute rest x four rounds. That totals 32 minutes of work at 30 reps per minute. That totals 960 reps. We can’t finish that close to 1,000 without getting there, so there will be a 40 rep finisher.

    Round 1: 5 Burpees, 10 Squats, 15 Knee Claps
    Round 2: 5 LT Dans, 10 Diamond Merkins, 15 Big Boys
    Round 3: 5 Leg Raises, 10 Spiderman Squats, 15 Merkins
    Round 4: 5 Jump Tucks, 10 Plank Knee to Elbow, 15 Toe Touch Sit-Ups

    We fnished with 40 reps and each guy had the choice of whatever exercise he wanted to get those last 40.
