Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

Started promptly at 6:30 with explanation, core principles, and mission statement Over 1800 people perished due to HK. The crazy part is that it would have been monumentally worse if NO had taken the direct hit instead the wrath of HK was faced by eastern edge of LA and Mississippi.
DEVASTATION – PAX was broken into 2 groups of 5 150 BURPEES total as a group – OTHER GROUP RUNS – repeato until group reaches 150
Next groups did a Team DORA One group did SSH while other ran 100 yds, switch , Squats, switch, Lunge, switch – repeato
BATON ROUGE – One group picked up half the coupons and ran them around 1/2 of the Oasis
WHILE OTHER GROUP IS TREADING WATER: 5 MERKINS, 5 STUMP HUGGERS, 5 BIG BOYS, 5 AM. HAMMERS,FREDDIE MERCURY, , REPEATO

SEARCH AND RESCUE – inspired by the Cajun Navy, NOLA Homeboys, Fish and Wildlife, and National Guard. Cones were spread out through out the Oasis groups of 2 or 3 raced for a cone (representing people stranded) WHILE OTHERS PLANK – stay off knees
ZETOUIN – 41 DAYS New Orleans resident spent 2 days rescuing and taking care of neighbors. He was arrested and held for 41 days without cause. To honor this we did sets of 41 – combining pullups, step -ups, and dips, repeating for the duration of Led Zeppelin’s When the Levee Breaks.
Ended with CoR, NoR, and know your 6 – which was Chanel.
