Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

The morning kicked off with F3 principles, a you vs. you affirmation, and group warm up.
YHC gave an overview of cool happenings with Close Park and the Arts Commission of Greater Toledo. I also delivered the first 4 lines of my ode to the zip code:

O, how I love thee
Your Christmas weed shone so bright
Till a thief stole you in the middle of the night”
The Thang! In honor of those running the Glass City Marathon, we went on a 3.5 mile run around the 43613 Douglas-Sylvania-Tremainsville Triangle. At each corner, we stopped at an auto shop (highlights the grit and service oriented nature of the 13) and performed a couple sets of exercises focused on arms and abs (incline curb Merkins, Klinger Kicks, decline parking stop Merkins, LBCs, etc.).
The PAX pushed it to the limit – every man helping keep others moving where and when he could. A nice jog for some and a slog for others. No man left behind and every man better.
