Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

Opening – Brief rundown of F3 purpose, principles and agenda.
The Thang –
Ladder between 20ea decreasing and 1ea increasing at each end of the Oasis. Movements were as follows:
Run/jog down with Stumphuggers (20 decreasing), bear crawl back and then Spinter-kicks (1 Increasing). We compled 10 each.
Run/jog down with Merkin (20 decreasing), squat-twist back and then Squats (1 increasing). We completed 10 each.
Run/jog down with LT. Dans (20 decreasing), lunge back and then Squat Jumps (1 increasing). We completed 10 each.
We then moseyed to the flag where we honored Riley Howell who gave his life to save others by doing 21 burpees in cadence.
COT –Prayer of thanks for F3 with the opportunities it has afforded so many. Prayers for those unspoken and those who have been absent, that they might be well and we see them return soon.
