boot camp, Toledo

Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    Gadget (the Q)
    warm ups included side startle hops, wind mills and a lap around the park.
    The flippin good times started with each pax flipping a tire 25yds. as one person flipped the tire the others bear crawled along with him to a station. There where 5 stations
    Sation 1 50 merkins
    Sation 2 10 burpees
    Station 3 50 imperial walkers
    Station 4 20 box jumps
    Station 5 50 air presses.
    after each member had a chance to flip the tire we all ran a lap and proceeded to do a repeato two more times.

    and with a circle of trust.
    It was an honor and a privilege to lead today.
