Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.
Ultimate Frisbee 5/25/2019

PAX: Socrates, Rocco, Jimmy Dean, Struxture, Modell, Dauber, Glitch, Billy-Bob, Romano, Gap, Hoyle, Spackler.
The Thang: Quick five minute warm up consisting of jogs, sprints, side straddle hops and merkins. This was followed by an ultimate frisbee game that would rival most super-bowls. The PAX were jumping, diving, sliding, and sacrificing their fragile bodies to make the catch. The owners of the stadium were contacted about the state of the field. It was pretty close to unacceptable, but the PAX played on. Friendships and rivalries alike were born in the crucible of the frisbee that morning. What an honor to lead it.
