Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    We played Hungry, Hungry Hippos. Teams of 2.

    Round 1:
    Team Total Reps 100 Push-Ups/70 Sit-Ups/70 Squats
    Relay Race: Teammate sprints 50 yards to retrieve block, and sprints back to deposit into bucket. First team to 15 blocks “wins.”

    Round 2:
    New teammates. 15 blocks per bucket. Relay Race. 1 at a time sprint to deposit back into original bucket.

    Round 3:
    New teammates. Anybody with a W is on Team 1. Losers are on Team 2. Losers need to retrieve 25 blocks. Winners retrieve 35 blocks. Losers go 2 at a time.

    Round 4:
    New teammates. Relay race to 10 blocks. Exercise reps per team: 50 push-ups/50 sit-ups/50 squats.

    Overall Winners:
    Socrates and Beaker

    Circle of Pain:
    Winner’s Choice for 3 rounds of abs…last round is Burt Reynolds.
