The Ruckers rucked to Fort Meigs and back. Along the way they carried all three sections of Charlotte, one 40# dumbbell and one 25# dumbbell. It was very enjoyable.

The Runners also ran to Fort Meigs and back. They continued running laps upon their return to the AO.

    Count-O-Rama, Name-O-Rama, CoT

The 6 was saved for the Convergence

In lieu of a Prayer each Rucker offered one positive comment to the Runners…even though they all have tiny legs.
