Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
BEGINNER BEATDOWN
Weather: 70ish and humidish
PAX: Sipe, Splinter, Colonel, Mole, Ozzie, Ollie, Hardwood (6), Smails, Tupac, Bullock, Tucky, Pinewood(Q)
THE THING
Started off with the 5 CP, creedo and mission. Warmed up with merkin, SSH and something else.
Moseyed to the pullup bars – PAX did mtn climbers while each took a turn doing 5 pullups.
Ran to the volleyball courts. Did suicides with each return to the start we did 5 merkins.
PAX then ran to the far fence while the rest did mtn climbers.
Moseyed to the far parking lot and did 11’s with Squats and BBSU
Moseyed back to the tennis courts for more sprints to the far fence.
Ended with AB exercises at the pullup bars.
