Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
Thanks for the opportunities to lead – 7 Men worked a bit to get better.

Grass grabbers
After the warm up we completed 20 – 2 is 1 back lunges, rifle carried out blocked to the pull up bars and did 5 good pulls.
Repeato for 10 sets
= 400 back lunges, 20 block rifle Carrie’s, 50 pull ups.
Second set started well.
10 overhead block presses
10 cross over the block markins,
Ended short as we ran out of time…
I will reduce the reps next time.
