Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

200x merkins
250x squats
400x swimmers
200x hip dips
100x dips
Runner started by running up and down faith hill 2x, 5 pullups, then switching with partner. Second time around it was down twice up 2x backwards, third time was down and up with lunges.
Ended with group stretch. All were dying. It was a nonstop workout!
