Challenge:
Mossey around school chasing frisbee. Take turns throwing, run to frisbee and thrower leads exercise of their choice IC
Game:
Tug of war Frisbee.
Each team tries to throw frisbee to opposite end of parking lot. Thrower leads exercise of their choice IC
One team makes one throw them other team throws once I. Opposite direction.
Alternate throws among teammates
The winning team will need the throw the frisbee further than their opponent multiple times in order to win.
