Covered 5 Core Principles
Teamed up in twos: 3 94 foot basketball courts around NV campus.
Court 1: Burpees, Merkens, Curls, Shoulder Press
Team Member one ran a full suicide with cinder block while team member two completed the first exercise, switch team member two ran the suicide while team member one completed the exercise. Once all four exercises were complete, ran to court 2.
Court 2: Big Boy Sit ups, Klinger Kicks, LBC, V ups

Court 3: Calf Raises, MT Climbers, Squats, Lunges

COT: upcoming corn hole tournament: date, time and place TBD. Prayers for every member that attended today, first responders, troops and those battling cancer and ailments.
