Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

No FNGs so into core principles
Warmup: 16 Side straddle hops
Workout: Broke into groups of 2 or 3 and had one group start at each of the 7 stations. Complete the exercise at the bottom of the hill then run up the hill and repeat at the top. Run down the hill to the next station. Completed all 7 stations twice.

3) 20 merkins
4) 30 squats
5) 25 alternating shoulder taps 2 is 1
6) 25 imperial walkers 2 is 1
7) 15 diamond merkins
