Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

Tha Thang:
A crisp November morning in the gloom began with a warmup jog that included buttkickers and high knees mixed with a gradual pace (and right through the background of a live newscast). The 20 HIM partnered up with one partner remaining at the bottom of the parking lot incline to complete the APB cycle (10 reps each of American hammers, Plank twists, and Big boy situps) and the other partner running up the incline to the main parking area at the top of Faith Hill to complete free weight moves targeting arms, chest, and shoulders. After the group in the main parking area completed each set with free weights, they ran to tag their partner and switch roles. A total of 12 cycles of APB/free weights were completed (~360 APB moves, 120+ free weight moves), and the beatdown was completed with a round of Guantanamo to top things off.
Brute was the 6 and shared being thankful for being able to expand his circle of friends. Announcements included recruiting of Sylvania Pax to represent in football vs the Oasis on Saturday and the date of this year’s Christmas party. The biggest announcement came when Hedgehog announced that Rubble would be assuming Site Q duties at Faith Hill. Always an honor to lead!
