Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

PAX – Dirty, Tidwell, Minnie, Klinger, Hedgehog, Splinter, Johnny, Jeter, Cogsworth, Colonel, Danica, Mickey, Trinity, Rubble, Scrooge, Sipe, Mailman, Bullock, Mole, Shmalls, Sideshow, Tucky, FNG – Harrison “Reve” Schoettley
Opening – Brief rundown of F3 purpose, principles and agenda.
The Thang –
Warmup of Side Straddle Hops and Merkins in cadence and moved over to the hill to begin the fun.
PAX ran to the bottom of the hill and completed 5ea. B.O.M.B.S.
(Burpees, Overhead Press, Merkins, Big-Boy Situps and Squats) and ran up hill and performed one Lt. Dan.
Run back down and completed 10ea. B.O.M.B.S. and back up hill to do two Lt. Dan.
Continued adding 5ea. B.O.M.B.S. at the bottom of hill and adding 1ea. Lt. Dan at top until reaching 25ea. B.O.M.B.S. at bottom and 5ea. Lt. Dan at top. When goal reached, ladder back down by same 5/1 ratio.
COT- Prayers for our troops, first responders and for F3 with all the support each provide to all of us. For Dauber and other PAX dealing with injuries and issues that they may get back out with us soon. Prayers for those battling cancer and the families dealing with the pains of loss. Prayer of thanks for the new and upcoming births.
