Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

    After 5 principles, moseyed from the usual meeting space in the parking lot, next to hill to behind the school in the parking lot, 12 stations were set up. As the PAX arrived at the stations, I told them to get into groups of 3 at each station. Each station had a moving exercise, and 2 in place exercises. 1 PAX would complete the moving exercise (either bear crawl, lunges, sled, backpedal sled pull, slosh pipe, farmer carry) and the 2 other would complete the in place exercises until the PAX returned. Next PAX would then do the moving exercise while the other two did the in place exercise. After the 3 PAX completed the exercises they were told to hold plank until all groups were done and then I would yell rotate.

    Station 1- Bear Crawl, Monkey Humpers, Jump Rope
    Station 2 – Farmer Carry (2 Cinder Blocks), Side Straddle Hops, Merkins
    Station 3 – Lunges, High Knees, Klinger Kicks
    Station 4 – Sled (push 100lbs), Squats, Plank Jack Shoulder Taps
    Station 5 – Bear Crawl, Monkey Humpers, Jump Rope
    Station 6 – Farmer Carry(2- 5 gallon gas cans filled w/water), Side Straddle Hops, Merkins
    Station 7 – Lunges, High Knees, Klinger Kicks
    Station 8 – Back Pedal sled pull (35 lbs), Squats, Plank Jack Shoulder Taps
    Station 9 – Bear Crawl, Monkey Humpers, Jump Rope
    Station 10 – Farmer Carry (Cinder Block/35 lb plate), Side Straddle Hops, Merkins
    Station 11 – Lunges, High Knees, Klinger Kicks
    Station 12 – Slosh Pipe, Squats, Plank Jack Shoulder Taps

    2 distances of cones were set up for the movement exercises
    1st cone about 20 yds (Bear Crawl and Lunges), 3 triple merkin burpees, run back.
    2nd cone about 40 yds (Sleds, Slosh Pipe, Farmer Carries) There and back, no burpees.

    We completed 13 stations; everyone did the first station they started at twice.
