Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
Block Life Beatdown at Faith Hill:
This is my first beatdown Q: This 21 man roster didn’t disappoint and helped conquer the Block Life Beatdown challenge this morning at Faith Hill!! Light rain and strongish winds couldn’t stop these fellas from getting the job done ✅ . Did your block break? No problem because Mole dug underground and found another for me to carry on the Q. Meanwhile my white lie of keeping these men off the ground didn’t stop them from adjusting their will to stay dry and responding to the exercise calling!
Always great to be a part of this group and get after the week fresh with Monday morning beatdown!
