Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

Warm up jog around the theatre followed by a set of 21’s
Group held plank/Al Gores/LBC’s while each PAX did the following:
20 Squats with Kick
20 Calf Raises
20 Merkins
20 Carolina Dry Docks
AB Set
Flutter Kicks in cadence
LBC’s in cadence
Big Boy sit ups in cadence
Set of Sally Up
