3F’s, Mission, Principle
Thang: 6 exercises, 1 minute each and a lap. 3 rounds. Goal of “+1” each exercise each round.
Exercises: narrow 4 rep squats (turn left, squat, center squat, turn right squat, back to center) = 1 rep. spider man lunge + press (long lunge out, air press with hand over knee) 2 is 1. Merkins (duh). around the world lunges (left lunge, left side lunge, left back lunge, right back lunge, right side lunge, right lunge). superman to hollow man (hold superman, use core to roll over and v-up without feet / hands assistance). 180 burpees. Run a 400.
Repeat.
