We had a wonderful time today with 14 hardy souls working out. They were Josh Woodstock Brown, Scott Geppetto Schutt, Berry Moana Taylor, Josh Lonzo Hoot, Jonathon Bourbon Burns, Dan Van Gogh Miedema, Thomas Mercy Morrissey, Jeff Spaulding Lonsbrough, Eric Isoceles Puffenberger, Daniel Mile High Cordova, Samual Ringo Cordova, Billy Hannibal Stark, Craig Bambi Springer and the Q, Mark Landslide Trimble.We set up 100 yards on a soccer field and every time the Q would blow a whistle we did 10 reps of an exercise while we ran down and back. The exercises were Merkins(100 total reps), Big Boy sit-ups(60),Diamond Merkins(60), Starfish sit-ups(50),Overhead presses with a cement block(70), curls with a block(70),Lt Dans(40), and sets of 5 burpees(25). That took all our time. We then ended in a circle of trust.
