   We had a great day today! 13 hardy men braved the 10 minute test of trying to complete 100 burpees in that time frame and we played ultimate frisbee after the test. We did a little warmup first of side straddle hops, wind mills and arm circles. I will list those that attended, and the time that they did 100 burgees in or at 10 minutes the number of burpees completed.Woodstock, Mercy and Dutch did the Rooster challenge before our burpee test.
