12/4 – Ruck with A Purpose
QIC – Splinter
PAX – Mr. Belding, Mickey, El Chapo, Klinger, Hedgehog, Tweety, Colonel, Billy Bob, Pixar, Jimmy Dean, Beaker, Dirty, Mater, Brute
It had been a long time since YHC has had the privilege of leading the PAX ITG. Perfect rucking weather greeted us as we circled up on a Tuesday morning. The F3 principles were reviewed and YHC spoke briefly to the present PAX about challenging themselves on these rucks to add more weight, keep pace, and strive to improve everytime they post.
We rucked approximately 3.84 mlies at a 14:34 pace:
Highlights Included:
-Typical complaining
-Pleasant conversation w/ Discussions of Star Course and Upcoming Go Ruck Events.
-Parking Garage GFY high fives w/ Dirty and Tweety
-10 Ruck sack merkins while group fell back in to formation
-A slippery bridge of death that we audibled out of 1/2 way across.
-Honoring of #DoubleDown from F3 Louisville w/ PAX Photo at the end.
NOR and COR
Tweety was the 6 and he spoke of accountability and continuing to improve. Respect to Tweety as well for consistent posting since his start just 1 month ago.
COT – Prayers for Kitty and his Family, DelVerne’s, Splinter’s Brother and Sister In-law, Troops and First Responders.
It was great seeing Mater, Hedgehog, and Dirty out on the ruck this morning. Hope to see you guys back out on a ruck again soon. Respect!
