PAX (13): Trinity, Splinter, Colonel, Ollie, Ticket, Cogsworth, Pixar, Goose, Jimmy Dean, Ozzie, Pinewood, Sipe, Trojan (Q)
Thang: Pax embarked on the usual 4-5 mile route with six .25-mile speed legs (3 out; 3 back) embedded into it. The Q designated each speed leg, telling the Pax where to “crank it up”, prior to starting the run. All 13 HIMs got after it and got better today.
Announcements: Ruck fundraiser for Jimmy Dean’s adoption on October 23rd. Black Swamp Rucktoberfest.
Prayers: For Jimmy Dean and his family as they go through the adoption process, for a friend of Pinewood’s wife who passed away from COVID and has also lost other family members, for Ozzie’s daughter as she turns 17, for continued healing of Pixar’s daughter from her car accident.
