LOS SPRINTOS
Weather: 33F, Partly Cloudy, Beautiful Fall Morning
PAX: Jeter, Splinter, Colonel, Ticket, Hedgehog, Trojan (6), Klinger, Trinity, Mailman, Scrooge, Simmons, Pinewood (Q), Goose, Ollie
THE THING:
Typical winter route with a little change up along the way. Ran down the trail and into the park. We all got slightly blinded from the bright Christmas lights and more than 2 of us almost ran into the plant islands but managed to navigate blindly around them. Once we hit the Manor House Loop we did 5 counter clockwise sprints – Sprint up the hill, jog down and repeat.
Once the 5 laps completed runners ran up the hill beyond the covered bridge and then back. Except for Scrooge, we didn’t wait for him.
Ended in the CoT with the CoR and NoR. Announcements were for FROG 5. Prayers for health.
