Morning run with 7 pax members at the HRT. These members included Goose, Cogsworth, , Ozzie, Rose, Ollie, Ticket and Dory. We presented five core principles. We ran four miles through Wildwood Park at an easy pace. At the end of our run COT was completed along with prayer requests for Rose’s father who had a stint put in and for those affected by the El Paso and Dayton shootings.
