Heart Rate Trail

PAX: Dory, Trinity, Trojan, Bubbles, Ollie, Goose, Gap, Cogsworth, Sipe, Jeter, Bloom, Rose, Ticket
A lucky 13 went out for a run from Ant Hill to the covered bridge in Wildwood. 3-4 miles of late summer running.
Ended in COT. Ollie was the 6, and shared how his son is working out for swim team before school and the importance of being a good example for his son by putting in the work himself to get better. Prayers for Ozzie and others battling illness or injury.
